For community managers
Three taps from the idea to the post.
You carry the conversation. The studio carries the sizing, the logo, the colours and the caption draft, so answering the moment takes minutes, not the better part of an hour, and the hour goes back to the people you are talking with.
Answer the moment
A card is ready in seconds while the moment is still live: the score, the quote, the question for the fans. No waiting on a designer, no opening four apps.
One place, every channel
Approve once and post to every channel from the studio. The sizes are right for each one; you don't export, rename, or re-upload.
Your words stay yours
Every piece comes with a drafted caption. Change a word or all of it; your editor approves; nothing goes out that you didn't sign off.
Where the hour goes
The same post, two ways
The minutes are typical, not measured on your team. Put your own in on the home page.
Today
about 40 minutes a post, across four apps
- Find the photo
- Open the design app
- Resize to 4:5
- Place logo and colours
- Export, rename
- Write the caption
- Post to each app
In your studio
about 3 minutes a post, one place
- Pick the layout
- Type it, add the photo
- Approve and post
What the minutes add up to
At twenty posts a week, 37 minutes a post is twelve hours: a day and a half, every week, back in the conversation. Some of what that buys:
The reply you never got to
The thread under last night's post gets a real answer from you, not a like. The fan who asked the good question gets named in tomorrow's card.
The game night, live
A final-score card ninety seconds after the buzzer, then you're back in the comments while they're still coming in, instead of in a design app while they go cold.
The people, not the pixels
The regulars get to know your name. The newcomer gets welcomed by a person. The mod queue gets cleared before lunch. That is the job; the sizing never was.
What you can make
The layouts a community runs on
- Fan question: the question in big type, the words you choose in colour
- Breaking card and quote card, with the speaker's photo
- Final score and lineup cards from the day's game
- Top ten, top five and rankings lists, with logos
- A clip from the game as a captioned 9:16 reel
- A memorial card, done with care, when the day calls for one
Bring it to your team
A note for whoever decides
For your editor or your manager. Change anything you like, then copy it or send it.
Plain answers
What community managers ask first
- Do I need to learn a design tool?
- No. The layouts are already drawn in your publication's logo and colours. You type the words, pick the photo or clip, and tap Make.
- Can I post from my phone?
- Yes. The studio is a web page at your publication's own address and works on a phone, with its own home-screen icon.
- Who approves a post?
- Your editor, in the studio. Nothing is posted until it is approved, and what isn't approved never leaves the studio.
- Can I use my own photos?
- Yes. Upload a photo or a clip from your phone, or pick one from your publication's own site.
